About A.I.M. For Real Estate Inspections

We are licensed and certified real estate inspectors that have been serving clients in and around San Antonio, TX, for twenty-one years. As generalists in all facets of building concepts, we can provide clients with unmatched commercial and home inspection services.

We work typically from Monday to Friday, and on Saturday if needed. Our hours of operation are from 8 am to 5:30 pm. We have four employees/owners to support day-to-day operations. We don’t have a storefront and instead work out of a home office. Our peak season is usually from March till mid-September, so we are often extremely busy during those months!

Our services include General Home Inspection, Buyer’s Home Inspection, Pre-Listing Inspection, New Construction Phase Inspection, Builder’s Warranty Inspection, Re-Inspection, Commercial Property Inspection, Pool and Spa Inspection, and Sprinkler Inspection.

We serve clients within a fifty-mile radius of San Antonio, TX. Any further trips will be planned as needed. Our service areas include Terrell Heights, San Antonio, Sisterdale, Blanco, Wimberley, San Marcos, Spring Branch, Boerne, Bandera, Helotes, Seguin, Hondo, Castroville, Von Or my, Moore, Floresville, Stockdale, Nixon, Charlotte, Falls City, Leon Valley, Olmos Park, Alamo Heights, Balcones Heights, Castle Hills, and Bulverde.

After twenty years of business, we now consider ourselves an evolved and mature business primarily because we’ve stayed up to date with most social media trends.

The A.I.M. For Real Estate Inspections Difference

Our biggest strength as a home inspection business is that we have specialized knowledge of building and construction practices and over two decades of work experience. We are also licensed professional inspectors in the State of Texas, so clients can trust us to provide the highest quality of inspection possible.

We pride ourselves on our thorough and detailed home inspection services, and reliable and accurate reporting of deficient items. We use the most advanced technology available during home inspection services, including an Infrared Thermographic camera, water level, and contact moisture meter *free of charge at inspector’s discretion* to help diagnose an issue.

When it comes to customer service, we always put our clients first. We believe none of our clients are average; all have individual needs and unique characteristics. We are also bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English) and so we can work with non-native English speaking clients.

What sets us apart from others is that we are committed to clients, offer the highest standard of service, maintain integrity, and ensure clients receive the best home inspection experience.

As an ever-evolving business, we are always looking to increase our learnings and better serve our clients. For that reason, we attend conferences, complete courses, and organize meetings and company functions to fulfill our education and stay abreast of the latest industry trends.

Since we have been in business for twenty-one years, we hope our family can keep our company legacy alive and take over the business sometime in the future.

While we are really passionate about what we do, we also care about protecting the environment, and so we make sure to recycle paper goods and ink cartridges.

We also believe in giving back to society and as part of that belief, we regularly donate to Children’s Miracle Network and local church charities.
